About Us

Based in Sidmouth, Devon, Pebbles Holiday Homes is a family run self catering holiday management agency. 

We initially started our business as we were disappointed with the services and customer care received from some of the larger established agencies within the area and felt that property owners were not receiving the support and help they deserved. 

With several years experience running family businesses and our own holiday home, we decided it was time to use our keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for customer care to offer our services to other property owners.

We cater for a full range of requirements and budgets and welcome all types of self catering holiday homes, our only request is that your properties are in a clean, comfortable and usable condition. Our Services

Our aim is to take the strain and worry away from the management of your holiday home. We provide you with a friendly, reliable, no-nonsense service whilst ensuring the holidaymaker receives a positive booking experience. We will always be there to answer your calls, emails or text messages and pride ourselves on offering a personal service with a detailed knowledge of the property and each owners individual circumstances. 

Flexibility is the key feature when it comes to our services, we will let you decide on which services suit your needs the most. We will never ask for exclusivity on your property and we are happy to do as little or as much as you require making your property rental work for you. Below we have listed a few of our key features for your consideration:

  • A fully Managed Service: For property owners who do not have access to local Caretakers, Cleaners or Maintenance services, we would source, negotiate contracts and manage these on your behalf*
  • Secure Damages Deposit: We will hold the security deposit (the value of which can be decided by yourselves) and deal with any issues that may arise after your guests have vacated the property.
  • Free Consultation and Photographs: Viewing your holiday property and our consultation is free of charge, we will then be happy to offer you support and advice to maximise your properties potential.
  • Early Payment: Once the final payment has been made by the holidaymaker, we will endeavour to pay the full balance due into your account 21 days prior to the holiday start date, or within 2 working days after payment date for late bookings. 
  • Cancellations: If a holiday booking is cancelled more than 60 days in advance a full refund is given to the holidaymaker, however any cancellations or changes that are made less than 60 days from the arrival date forfeit the 50% advanced payment, this payment minus our fee will be forwarded to your account.
  • 24 Hour Point of Contact for Guests: It is inevitable that at some point things will not go according to plan and your guests are going to need to contact someone for help. As your agent we would be happy to take on this role, so whether it's a leaky pipe in the middle of the night or a misplacement of keys, we would work to try and solve the problem with the minimum of fuss and disruption. 
  • Information Pack: We have found it useful to provide a small information pack in our properties, detailing our contact information along with instructions for certain appliances if required and also providing guests with useful information about the area, for example where the nearest cash machine, shops or bus stops are. Working with yourselves to gain as much information as possible. we would then put together a pack for your approval.
  • Secure Key Safe: We recommend that a key safe is fitted at the property, this gives peace of mind to both you and your guests that the keys are secure. As your agent we would generate a unique keycode number for each individual guest, meaning that no two guests would ever have the same number. Plus for extra security the keycode number would only be released to the guest when full payment has been received.
